Jacque Maribe Pushed Out Of Royal Media Services
Journalist Jacque Maribe has been forced to resign from Royal Media Services (RMS), after a long period out of the screens since she was charged with the murder of Monica Kimani last year.
According to reports, Maribe handed in her resignation citing personal reasons. However, it is understood that she was pushed out by management, since she was less productive and could not get back to anchoring news while facing murder charges.

Insiders say that Maribe was called by management the day her frien Dennis Itumbi was arrested, asking her to resign or be fired.
On the fateful day, Maribe is said to have asked for permission to attend personal issues, only for her photos with Itumbi to surface online. This infuriated the management, who felt cheated by the news anchor.
By the time she was forced out, Maribe had been working in the background as a news editor.
The journalist was ordered by the courts not to anchor news until her case was concluded, which forced the management to deploy her to the editorial department.
Maribe has been at RMS as a news anchor at Citizen TV since 2012.
