Leading real estate developer Superior Homes Kenya PLC has today launched a customer loyalty program that will see investors and customers earn loyalty points whenever they transact at any of the developer’s properties. Dubbed ‘SHK Zawadi’, the loyalty program is a first of its kind in the industry. The beneficiaries will be able to redeem the points accumulated whenever they spend money on accommodation, conferencing, events, meals and drinks at any of the developers’ properties. Former NSSF manager Francis Moturi has been jailed for 12 years or pay a fine of Ksh2.4 billion over his involvement in a Ksh1.6 billion fraud case. Moturi was found guilty of knowingly misleading the fund into making payments totaling Ksh1.2 billion through irregular trading in shares through Discount Securities Limited (DSL). Others who were convicted in the case include DSL officials Isack Nyakundi, Wilfred Munyoro and David Githaiga.
