M-Pesa Experiencing Delays
Safaricom’s M-Pesa is experiencing delays.
In a message to customers who tried to use the service on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, Safaricom said it was resolving the issue.
“M-Pesa is experiencing delays and is not able to accept your request,” Safaricom said.
The giant telco is yet to issue an official statement.
