Airtel Money has begun trading on the London Stock Exchange (LSE), marking a new phase for the mobile financial services business following its initial public offering.

In an announcement dated October 14, 2026, Airtel Mobile Commerce N.V., the company behind Airtel Money, said its entire issued ordinary share capital would be admitted to the official list of the UK Financial Conduct Authority and begin unconditional trading on the LSE’s Main Market.

The shares started trading at 8 am under the ticker symbol AMC, with the company confirming that its issued share capital comprises 2.7 billion ordinary shares.

Each share carries one vote at the company’s general meetings, giving the business a total of 2.7 billion voting rights.

The admission follows an earlier announcement on October 9 concerning the company’s initial public offering.

The listing provides Airtel Money with a presence on one of the world’s major stock markets, allowing eligible investors to trade its shares through the London market.

The company said investors should rely on the prospectus approved by the UK Financial Conduct Authority when considering an investment in its shares. The prospectus is available through the company’s IPO website, subject to access restrictions.

Airtel Money cautioned that investing in the shares carries risks, including the possibility of losing some or all of the invested capital, and that the share price could rise or fall following admission to trading.
