MultiChoice Implements Price Adjustments On DStv & GOtv Packages For 2023
MultiChoice will implement a price adjustment on some of their DStv and GOtv packages effective 1 August 2023.
DStv Access subscribers will pay a new price of Ksh1,300 up from the current Ksh1,200 per month, while DStv Family subscribers will pay Ksh1,850 per month from Ksh1,750.
DStv Compact subscribers will pay Ksh3,500 per month up from Ksh3,300 while DStv Compact Plus subscribers will pay Ksh6,200 up from Ksh5,900.
DStv Premium subscribers will pay Ksh9,900 per month up from Ksh9,500.
From August 1, GOtv Max Bouquet subscribers will pay Ksh1,449 per month up from Ksh1,349 while GOtv SUPA Bouquet subscribers will pay Ksh1,899 from Ksh1,749.

DStv now boasts over 170 plus channels while GOtv hosts over 70 plus channels, with a multitude of content including audio, local content, sport, kids, news, and entertainment.
MultiChoice Kenya (MCK) is a joint venture between MultiChoice Africa and the Kenyan Broadcasting Corporation (KBC), a partnership that was cemented in 1995.
Kenyan audiences have a choice of five DStv packages with a total of more than 150 channels, as well as five GOtv digital terrestrial (DTT) packages. Broadcasting 24/7, the Maisha Magic Plus (DStv Channel 163) and Maisha Magic East channels (GOtv channel 4) are packed with compelling home-grown content, much of it commissioned by M-Net in Kiswahili.
Operating from a new headquarters in Nairobi and ten offices across the country, the business has over 300 permanent employees and a direct and indirect impact on the Kenyan economy of more than US$573 million for the period 1 April 2015 – 31 March 2019.
