Safaricom To Delight Customers with Free Data Bundles in the new ‘Data Dabo Dabo’ Promotion

Safaricom has launched its latest customer promotion dubbed ‘Data Dabo Dabo’ designed to offer more value to customers through free data bundles.
The three-month campaign, which will run until 23rd April 2025, provides customers with a ‘Buy One Get One Free’ offer on select data bundles, enabling them to enjoy more browsing at no extra cost.
This is in recognition of the evolving needs of customers, including the growing reliance on the internet and the increasing adoption of smartphones for everyday activities such as communication, entertainment, and staying informed. The promotion reinforces Safaricom’s commitment to delivering greater value and affordable connectivity to customers.
To participate, customers can purchase select bundles available under ‘Data Dabo Dabo’ on mySafaricom App, USSD *544# or any other Safaricom short code. Upon completing the purchase, an equivalent free data bundle will automatically be awarded.

The free daily data bundles are valid until midnight on the day of purchase, giving customers sufficient time to use the bonus data. The promotion is designed exclusively for individual use, and therefore, the bundles cannot be transferred or shared with others.
Additionally, the bonus bundles can be used to browse any content on the internet. Whether customers wish to stream videos, access social media, conduct research, or engage in online shopping, the data can be used to meet their unique browsing needs.
Customers can check balance of their purchased bundles as well as free data via *544# or mySafaricom app.
The promotion is open to both Safaricom Pre-Pay and Post-Pay customers.
