Mi Vida Homes, a real estate developer in Kenya has announced the addition of new partners to its unique loyalty program, Mi Club.

The program which was launched late last year as part of its growth strategy was designed to reward clients for repeat investments and referrals.

New partners who have been onboarded on Mi Club train include Mambogani Limited, AAR Kenya, Tile and Carpet Center, and Ando Foods among others, who will offer clients and partners who make repeat purchases or refer buyers, more benefits and rewards in the form of discounts and exclusive services.

The Mi Club reward system is both interesting and exciting. Any member within the Mi Club ecosystem earns points that are tracked through the Mi Vida app every time they invest in a Mi Vida housing unit or refer a client. With new partners on board, Mi Vida customers will now have a variety of choices while redeeming points with rewards cutting across retail, food, drink, hospitality, medical, and airline industries.

“Our goal has always been to offer innovative services that add value to our clients. Mi Club represents this shared value with our esteemed clients. We believe that it will go a long way in enhancing their Mi Vida experience as we broaden the range of partnerships” explained Samuel Kariuki, the Chief Executive Officer of Mi Vida Homes.

The new development comes at a time when Mi Vida announced the completion of selling out its flagship project, Mi Vida Garden City, which points out an increased demand for green developments across the country by potential home buyers.

The real estate developer has other projects under construction including the second phase of their flagship project, Amaiya Garden City, and new affordable entries 237 Garden City, and KEZA by Mi Vida.
