Infobip has been named the leading global cloud communications platform for RCS (Rich Communication Services) Business Messaging in Juniper Research’s RCS Business Messaging Competitor Leaderboard 2024. The analyst firm recognized Infobip for its superior product offerings, market positioning, and enhanced capabilities in the RCS space.
Juniper Research evaluates vendors based on a range of criteria, including geographical reach, depth of partnerships, RCS value-added services, significant RCS deployments, and overall innovation. Infobip was ranked the top provider among 17 competitors, thanks to its strong presence in the global messaging sector and its strategic RCS deployments in regions identified as having high growth potential.
Notably, Infobip is the first communications platform in the Americas to establish an active RCS platform connected with telecom providers. The platform currently integrates with Verizon and plans to add additional carriers in the near future.
Juniper Research highlights Infobip’s comprehensive messaging portfolio, which includes value-added services such as conversational AI, the People CDP (Customer Data Platform), and CPaaS X solutions. The firm also noted the strength of Infobip’s RCS MaaP (Messaging as a Platform) layer for telecoms, emphasizing that the company’s broad network of relationships with mobile operators globally will help drive the large-scale adoption of RCS Business Messaging.
